Good location near the old centre of Lewes, so close to many things and yet fairly quiet. Helpful host.
It worked out well for us, but noted that mobile signal is a problem in the premises.

Great location in historical setting. Friendly and helpful host. Spacious living room and well-equipped kitchen. Really appreciated that the building stayed cool inside, despite tremendous heat outside.
Was initially a bit concerned about parking in very narrow streets, but this wasn't a problem in practice. The host supplied us with parking permits for on-street parking, when available. Alternatively there was a pay-and-display car park (24 hours) just up the hill.

Sara the host was very friendly and welcoming, communication was excellent. The flat was spacious and the location was central and very convenient for the railway station, shops and restaurants. Sara had provided lots of local information about places of interest. Great coffee filter machine, ample toilet rolls provided and milk in the fridge - all of which were greatly appreciated.
Unfortunately the bathroom wasn't clean, we wondered if the cleaners had forgotten to clean it as the basin and toilet were both dirty and the corners of the bathroom floor were not clean. The sofas are uncomfortable and need replacing, and the kitchen cutlery needs topping up.
