About this house rental
Welcome to our Casa Aconchego!
We have 3 rooms, 1 bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and living room! We have work structure with table, comfortable chair and wifi of 100. mbps fiber.
LG 55 "Smart TV w / movie channel.
We stayed +/- 10 km from the city center (where we have most of the sights).
The best access is by car. We are in a gated community, 2.5 km from Potiguara neighborhood where we have 3 supermarkets and other small shops.
Itu is a small town, full of stories and easy to get around!

Our farm has 4 000 m2 with a large green area, including soccer field, swimming pool, kiosk and children's play.
This area is fully walled, and the animals have no access to outside air except through the gate.
We have 2 houses within this area, they are totally independent and we share only the green area.
Regarding the location, we are inside a gated community, which has a beautiful green area and lakes that provides a cozy experience with contact and nature. The distance from Itu city center is approximately 10km, that is, we are practically within the city and yet, in the midst of nature and far from the urban noises.
It will be a great joy and satisfaction to receive you in our farm.
