Le calme, la proximité du centre de porticcio (en voiture), la beauté de la résidence
Il manquait au sein de l’appartement quelques équipements : Vaisselle et transats notamment. Plaque au dessus du lave linge très dangereuse ⚠️ tombe aucune attache. Également dans le descriptif notion de barbecue qui est non présent et sur les photos tv dans la chambre non présente aussi…

Excellent sea view. Well designed apartment. Good parking place. Quality beds. Two bathrooms. Very nice balcony/terrace with dining table.
Wifi didn't work, but this was immediately solved by the manager. The beach is at 30 mins walking distance. Most of the times we used the car. Is is very positive that there is good availability of free parking places.
