The view from the balcony is the highlight of this apart. The location is good as it is within easy reach of the beach,restaurants and some shops.
The communication with the owner is always good.
Cleaning is on request.
The bed is comfortable and the AC in the bedroom was very welcome.
The pool was never busy and it was pleasant to swim and cool off.
Some of the fittings and fixtures are showing signs of wear and tear.
There were several power cuts due to weather leaving the apartment in darkness,however the lift operates with a generator!
One of the pool workers makes you feel very unwelcome.

This apartment has the best view from the balcony of any of the other apartments.
You can enjoy fantastic sunsets as,well as ocean views.
The living room benefits from a lovely cool breeze when the doors are open
The location is great for the beach and is close to a couple of restaurant bars and a supermarket.
There are bodas, tuk tuk and taxis available in the area for all your trips out and about.
The pool is very inviting and was rarely busy .
The road outside the complex is very rocky and it is not lit. There is a fair bit of construction going on in the area at the moment,especially at the beach however this will be completed soon as they are working on it with urgency.

The location is amazing with great accessibility to the ocean, the apartment is spacious with a great view of the ocean and beautiful city lights at night, and I loved the pool.
The curtains, wardrobes, utensils and cupboards were dusty, some wooden utensils were mouldy, the utensils were not clean, the bedsheet was torn, some of the beddings were also dusty, the hospitality felt rather detached, the pool has no floater.
