La casa di Josep si trova in un quartiere tranquillo e residenziale. È perfetta per 2 famiglie o coppie di amici. Pulita e attrezzata possiede anche un garage privato. È venuto personalmente a conoscerci e a consegnarci le.chiavi. È una persona amabile e socievole, consigliatissimo!! Il centro di Mahon è raggiungibile a piedi con una passeggiata di 10 minuti quindi comodissimo. Grazie Josep!

The owner met us at the house and showed us around. Even though we were an hour early. He was very kind and friendly. Extremely spacious house. Air-conditioning effective. 2 ensuites, another bathroom plus downstairs cloakroom. Big kitchen that had enough equipment to cook simple meals. The new recycling system means you have 4 bins! Sunny back garden with lemon tree. Sunloungers, table and chairs. More garden furniture on upper bedroom terrace that had amazing sunsets. Few min walk to a little supermarket, big ones were 15 min walk and cheaper. Comfy beds. Clean bedding. Masses of wardrobes in every bedroom. Shutters ensure you're not woken up early. We used the washing machine and dishwasher and coffee machine- very handy! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and fell in love with Menorca. Approx 15 min walk to main bus station. We went to Ciutadella and Binibeca Beach on bus. Cheap fares. Mahon is ideal location to explore the country.

Everything was perfect. The toilet cistern took a little while to fill at times but I'm sure the owner will investigate and fix it as he truly does want to offer his house in best condition. As 4 loo's it wasn't a problem.

It's like a home from home! A wonderful house equipped with everything you need. We loved the location on the edge of town, within 10 mins walk of the bus station and an easy walk into town (even for my 83 year-old father!).

The minorest niggle (and it's not the host's fault!) the rubbish collection system in the neighbourhood is incredibly complicated (even by UK standards). I'd just recommend chucking everything in the communal bins on the street, as you do most other places in Spain.
