Great experience, helpful and friendly staff, clean rooms, comfortable beds, great showers with hot water and strong water pressure, and the dinner was beyond my expectations even including vegetarian and vegan options! Noe, Hector, Rudolpho, and Vincente went out of their way to make my stay better. The hotel dogs were a delight as was the warm fireplace to sit in front of after a day of chilly activities.

The hotel was a lovely respite, very comfortable with lots of places to relax outside the room. It was always very warm and I really liked having the room made up each day. All staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a buffet supper and over the 3 days it was different each day and with plenty of variety.
Personal preference for granola and kefir at breakfast, neither of which were available, but that is really a personal thing and just a small niggle!

The historic themes and decor were fun. Comfortable bed, hot water and shower pressure!
The walls were thin, conversations and noise could be heard at all hours. Very noisy. The food in the restaurant was expensive and mediocre. No option for “do not disturb “ available if we didn’t want someone in the room.
