Art Inn Centro

Absolutely stunning. The apartment felt like a mini retreat. Mood lighting in shower, the art work and natural materials in the decor felt like I was in nature. Very calming and perfect for my last night of travels. It was so quiet and peaceful, wouldn’t think you were in the city. Very relaxing.

The location is perfect. Ramona was very helpful although we never actually saw her in person, we could always reach her through WhatsApp. She booked a taxi for us to go to the airport which was very useful. The apartment is very nicely decorated.

We really wanted to love this place, but sadly some things happened that caused us to not fully enjoy our stay. The apartment is located in a building that otherwise doesn’t look that nice (just normal apartments). We asked if we could drop off our bags earlier since the check in isn’t until 4 pm. We were told we could drop off our bags with the housekeeper Monica. Monica was nice but did not speak a single word of English. We returned later at 4pm but Monica was still cleaning which was frustrating cause we really wanted to freshen up and 4pm is already quite a late check in time as it is. When we finally were able to go to the apartment, a couple of lights weren’t working and there was even still trash in some of the kitchen drawers. The apartment is stylish but in general doesn’t have any really bright lights and the only window is a balcony door that opens to a small court yard in the middle of the building right across from another balcony so you can’t leave it open cause you don’t have any privacy, so mostly we just sat in quite a dark room. Ramona and Max did come to fix the lights while we were out to have dinner, so that was nice but we still felt like that should’ve been taken care of before check in. The bed is also extremely hard in our opinion but I can see some people liking this. There are no real doors to the bathroom, just glass doors that don’t really close so you don’t have a lot of privacy using the bathroom. “Breakfast” was just some prepackaged toast and jams so we didn’t use it. The apartment definitely looks nice, isn’t too expensive and Ramona’s helpfulness definitely made it a lot better but overall it wasn’t our favourite stay.

The apartment itself is nicely designed, good space, good shower, good decorations, nice lady who checked us in, kitchenette facilities good

The bed was hard, the sheets also were just sheets, not a real blanket, and the airconditioner did not manage to cool down the room, it was too warm my partner could not sleep. Also the access to the apartment was not so convenient, and many stairs, not suitable for carrying heavy luggage.
