Our highlight was the huge terrace with sea view. The sunsets were fantastic. The hosts were extremely friendly and totally helpful! The recommended beaches are worth the drive (car required).

Christian's appartement is lovely! We enjoyed our stay a lot, the beach is 20 minutes by food, there is a big supermarket next to the apartment, you can see the whole city by food. We were happy to come here, Su Forti instead of Cagliari, thank you!

Unfortunately, there were also several issues that affected our overall experience. From the beginning, communication with the host was not ideal. He repeatedly asked us to provide an exact arrival time very early in advance, which was difficult to know as we were travelling by car and our schedule depended on stops along the way. We were welcomed by a lady who did not speak English, and we never had the chance to meet the host personally. Although the building has an elevator, after reaching the elevator there is an additional staircase that is quite inconvenient and difficult to manage, especially with luggage. Another important issue was the lack of clear information regarding the parking situation. The host did not explain the parking rules or restrictions, and this resulted in an unpleasant situation for us during our stay. We believe that clear instructions regarding parking should be provided in advance, especially for guests travelling with a rental car. The information and instructions provided for the apartment were only in Italian, which is not convenient for international guests. Clear instructions in English would have made the stay much easier and would have helped avoid misunderstandings. We also experienced difficulties in getting assistance when needed, as the host informed us that he was away from Cagliari for several days. In practice, there was no available person who could provide immediate support in case of an issue. We requested an additional sheet because we needed separate bedding, but we were told that it was not available and could only be provided after several days. In the end, it was left for us only on the evening before our departure. We also informed the host that the bidet was not working, but unfortunately we did not receive any response or follow-up regarding this issue.
