Неймовірний вид з балкону, приватний пляж вниз по сходах прямо під балконом. Спокійна атмосфера і тиша,якої немає в густонаселених районах узбережжя. Поряд ресторан і невеликий магазин.Можливість скористатися сапами і каяками. Апартаменти обладнані всим необхідним посудом, приладдям і технікою. Було чисто. Дуже приємний і гостинний адміністратор - пані Єлена.Окремо ми дуже вдячні господарю пану Горану , який пішов на зустріч і знайшов рішення в наші складній ситуації , змінив жорсткі умови бронювання, через які ми втратили кошти і надав можливість нам приїхати пізніше.
Сподобалося все. Це був чудовий відпочинок!

Die Lage ist sehr schön und der Strand steht, auf Grund der eingeschränkten Zugangsmöglichgkeizen, nur den Gästen zur Verfügung, quasi "privat".
Die Unterkunft ist ganz gut und zu empfehlen.
Aussicht vom Balkon ist traumhaft.
Die Ausstattung in der Küche ist absolut ausreichend. Klimaanlage funktioniert auch toll.
Der Preis ist für die Unterkunft etwas zu hoch angesetzt. Mit dem Zugang zum Pool, wie es im Nachbarsgebäude ist, wäre der Preis angemessen, aber so leider zu hoch.
Kleinere Sanierungsarbeiden sind an der einen oder anderen Stelle notwendig. Das sind aber Kleinichkeiten.

Major bads:
Balconies are separated by shutters that are fixed in a half open position, when there is wind it goes through these shutters and creates terrible noise that you can't avoid even when sitting inside with windows closed.
Water pressure in the shower is low, shower head is old, stained, with many of the nuzzles clogged.
Other bads:
Thicker blanket was not in the room and had to be requested although it was already 15 C at night.
Living room is small, no carpet, small coffee table (besides the dining table which is ok).
Laundry-drying device legs are covered (fixed?) with ugly tape.
