Not good for below 12 y/o in the swimming pool cannot swim

We really booked it for our children because it has a swimming pool and when we arrived they said my children cant swim because the age start around 12y/o but they didnt said it like a simple caption or in the description about the hotel or facilities in the booking.com like we have a swimming pool but age 12y/o can start swim down to 12 cannot be😡😡and we directly asked if its ok we just get our money back and booked with other hotels that has a swimming pool that our children can swim and they said no..or even we are together with our children they answer is no..really a bad day for us

Beautiful 4* hotel with excellent service.

A beautiful hotel with a nice terrace area. The breakfast was very nice and staff very helpful.

The transportation options for guests relying on public transport were limited. For example, there is no taxi/shuttle service to the town although I was fortunate to receive a lift from the hotel manager which I am very grateful for. Thank you.

Very professional and kind staff. Spacious rooms with good amenities. Good location!!! The hotel provides a true continental breakfast to kick start your day (fresh and delicious). Free gym that's a great plus!

Too bad the Bar was not opened and neither was the restaurant (However they did propose room service so that was good). Extra cost of 15 euros person to access the pool (not expensive at all but too bad it is not included in the overall hotel rate).

Great for couples or work

Nice breakfast, although I missed a better coffee! Very confortable and clean room, nice location. The crib for our son was arranged in advance and it was also very confortable.

Being impossible to use the pool with a child, even if with some specific time slots. It is a pity. I didn't find it suitable for families, although very nice for couples.
