Art-Haus-Leipzig

Die Lage ist für uns ideal, weil nur 300m von meiner Tochter & Familie. Das Apt0 im EG ist für Ältere, die nicht mehr gut Treppen steigen können ideal, nur 2 Stufen am Hauseingang, und 4 Stufen im Flur. Nur minimale Türschwellen im Apt (for Rollis vielleicht doch schlecht?). Das Wohn/Schlafzimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten geht zur Strasse hin, also laut, wenn die Tram vorbei fährt, wenn die Fenster offen sind. Das SZ mit Einzelbett (und die Küche) geht zum Hof, also leise. Tram 7&8 bis Annenstrasse ab Hbf

Etwas wenig Geschirr & Besteck.

The bedroom was perfect and clean, the bed and the couch were really soft and comfy and the TV was quite big as well. The bathroom was basic but fine and clean, and the kitchen was there to make a basic breakfast/dinner. We were there in the winter, the heating was great, we could warm the rooms up very well (except the lobby). The host was available when he was called, and was welcoming and friendly. Overall, it is a great place to stay for a few days when you have your daytime booked with activities.

Kitchen utensils were dirty, and oil was burnt on the pan, saucepan, and on the stove, too. We've only got 2 toilet papers for two people for 3 nights. The host couldn't speak English very well.

The Art-Haus-Leipzig is located in a very beautiful and old building, I really liked it. My room was actually a full apartment with two small rooms, a kitchen and a bathroom. Everything (furnitures, the vibe of the place) was old but it was also clean and comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped, however, I did not really use it. The hotel is located 15 mins with tram 7 and 8 from the city centre (main railway station) and the tram stations are in the nearby. I arrived to Leipzig because of some concerts and there were not any issues to go back to my hotel even after midnight using public transportation.

If anyone has back problems, be aware that the beds are terribly soft (maybe that was the only slightly uncomfortable thing during my stay).

The location was great for our purpose.

The sofa beds were uncomfortable and the beds were not made for the number of persons we booked the apartment for. So we were a bit disappointed with that. However, the rest of the apartment was comfortable
