Great place to relax

Absolutely fantastic place, peaceful, quiet and relaxing. House is very clean, with all amenities you may need. It has a nice garden with a private pool and bbq. Internet connection is very good, allowing working remotely if needed. House is located in a countryside, 10 minutes drive from Alhaurin where you can find shops and restaurants. Highly recommend this place!

The villa was very clean. A very good equiped kitchen, Good working airco. The owner was very kindly. A small but clean swimmingpool.

A not working microwave and watercooker (no problem for us). The two sun beds outside were not comfortable. The electricity pylons right next to the villa sometimes made a lot of noise.

Una verdadera VERGÜENZA!!..

NADA, te cobran por todo a cambio de nada, encima nos trataron fatal, la ubicación es complicadísima de encontrar, solo te dan unas llaves para todos, la puerta de la entrada no tiene manilla así que si estas fuera y se cierra te quedas fuera no puedes entrar, y si vais mas de una persona pues es un problema porque tienes que dejar todo abierto si no no puedes salir, ni otros entrar. Les pedimos una segunda llave y su respuesta dejo bastante que desear, tienen muy poca vergüenza.

Desde el primer momento, el alojamiento se encontraba en unas condiciones lamentables y totalmente inaceptables para el precio pagado (755 € por 5 días). La casa estaba sucia, vieja y en mal estado: los colchones eran incomodísimos, el edredón principal tenía manchas de sangre y otras sustancias (realmente asqueroso), y la ducha apenas funcionaba, salía solo un chorrito de agua. Llamamos varias veces a la empresa gestora para que nos dieran soluciones, pero nadie atendió nuestras quejas. Solo el último día apareció la dueña sin avisar y entró sin permiso a la vivienda, algo absolutamente inaceptable. Lo único que trajo fue un edredón limpio y una ducha del chino para sustituir la rota. Además, nos cobraron 10 € por día por un perro pequeño, cuando el alojamiento aparecía como “apto para mascotas”. Este perro no pierde pelo ni causa ningún tipo de problema, y aún así nos cobraron un extra abusivo. Por si fuera poco, la valla estaba rota y dos perros del vecino entraban constantemente al jardín, haciendo cacas y pis por todo el terreno, lo cual hacía imposible usar el exterior o incluso desayunar con tranquilidad. Y sabiéndolo aún así tienen la cara dura de cobrarnos 10€ por día por un perrito que ni ladra, cuando teníamos que desayunar con las cacas de los perros de al lado. Cuando por fin vimos a la dueña, a pesar de lo ocurrido, la tratamos con respeto y educación. Nos prometió que nos devolvería el importe del perro como compensación si no dejábamos una mala reseña. A pesar de su falta de profesionalidad, cumplimos nuestra parte: dejamos la casa perfectamente recogida, el baño y la cocina limpios, y tiramos la basura. Después de irnos, nos acusó falsamente de haber dejado desperfectos (algo completamente incierto) y se negó a devolver lo acordado. Sinceramente, me parece una falta de respeto y una estafa hacia clientes que han actuado con corrección en todo momento. Encima llamamos a empresa que lo gestiona y nos trataron fatal. NO ES NADA RECOMENDABLE.
