Very safe. Lovely area and the building is locked with 24-7 security guards. Daniel in particular was lovely Nice apartment, comfortable bed, good facilities, nice balcony Great location near everything in Ipanema Good WiFi

Horrible wifi (could always only short-term be fixed by the staff - at the end it was not working most of the time). Noisy due to bad isolation and location facing to a street- noise from early morning.

O apartamento esta em pessimo estado, moveis quebrados, a porta do banheiro travace se vc estiver soxnho nao consegue sair, o wifi o sinal pessimo, nao tem canais de tv disponivel. O apartamento esta sucateado. Nao vale o calor cobrado.

Ótima opção para curtir a praia e passear a pé por Ipanema, com boa relação custo-benefício.

Localização excelente, muito perto de bons bares, restaurantes e comércio, próximo à praia, numa ponto ótimo de Ipanema. Apartamento muito confortável, com armários. Equipe muito gentil e atenciosa.

O banheiro está um pouco antigo, mas não compromete o conforto.

Me encanto el alojamiento, lo guardare para mi próximo viaje , vengo a Rio 2 veces al año y este apart hotel es lo que necesito, ubicación perfecta, a 2 cuadras de la playa sector 9 de Ipanema ,la recepción siempre dispuesta ayudar, mi estadía fue perfecta, el apartamento tiene todo hasta plancha... gracias, volveré sin duda.

el aire acondicionado esta antiguo y provoca mucho ruido, sobre todo para dormir
