The location is lovely and the property was clean and welcoming. It was nice and warm and there was plenty of hot water. The Parlour cafe is on hand for meals and drinks and it is very good. the views down to the estuary are great and there are some great walks to be had, including a very easy one to Burnham where there are some good pubs and shops. The wifi worked perfectly and the bed was super comfortable - I had a great night's sleep.
I'd have preferred a 3pm check in as I think 4pm is a bit late, and I'm not all that keen on brown towels so would have liked white ones. Some long life milk capsules were provided for the included tea and coffee, but a small jug of fresh milk would have been appreciated

Gorgeous surroundings and lovely walk to the river. The accommodation in the hen house was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed the bed was amazingly comfortable, 100% recommend , we will be back with the pooches

I like the room settings, like the location of place.
The only thing was that we have to travel to the town centre to get some food.
