About this cabin rental
Relax in this beautifully decorated, newly built, contemporary log cabin situated a block from Lake Wallenpaupack and Deer Lake. This year round log home is located in Wallenpaupack Lake Estates, a lake community with many extra amenities such as an indoor heated pool with sauna, two outdoor pools with grill/picnic areas, a snack bar, sand beach on Deer Lake, private 'community only' boat launch and swim docks on Lake Wallenpaupack, tennis courts, beach volleyball, baseball field, basketball, kid's lodge with games/play ground, and skateboarding park. There are also 2 Kayaks for renters to use (seasonally) on Deer Lake.
The home has three bedrooms (all with queen size beds) and can comfortably accommodate 2-6 adults. A large covered front deck, rear deck with gas grill, full kitchen (including microwave, dishwasher, coffeemaker, toaster, 6-person dishware/silverware, cooking utensils and plenty of pots & pans), full-size washer/dryer, dining area, Internet TV, wireless internet connection and ample parking for you and your boat, are just some of the perks. We have a variety of family games and movies.

This was our second year renting this property. Great amenities, house was clean and had everything we needed!

Home was clean. Beds were comfortable. Air condition worked great but despite that upstairs was a little warmer. Having the grill was great. The kitchen table was definitely on the smaller side for 6 people. Rather than 2 on stools at the table we used the tray tables. Use of the golf cart was very helpful. My kids used the kayaks and had a lot of fun at the pool. If you go to the zoo - feed the turtles. You wont be disappointed. Great lowkey family vacation. Vicki was very attentive. I would stay there again.
