I liked that it was spacious, clean, comfortable. I liked the two terraces and a nice garden. It is close to a very nice, small beach (can walk there but it is up/down the hill so you will likely drive there but it is possible to walk), there are walking trails along that beach with nice views.
The pool is a community pool, not private. It is very very close to the house, so not a problem, but there are strict rules that you cannot play there, it is only for swimming. So you would not lie by the pool to watch the children play if that is what you wanted to do.
