Apartment Artimon by Interhome

We arrived during their lunch break, so we had to wait after a long train ride when the office will open to pick up the keys. When leaving at 6 a.m. for some reason it was impossible to leave the keys in the mailbox of the appartment. So, we had to stop by the office to ;leave the keys there. Instead of making the stay comfortable the staff of Interhome make their lives comfortable. The apartment has a superb sea view. This is the only nice thing I can say about it. The apartment was dirty when we arrived. When I sent some photos to Interhome staff I got the answer "yesterday we had someone clean it" That's it. We didn't see any result of this "cleaning" The shower was so dirty that we had to clean it ourselves before using. We even changed the shower curtain as it was too dirty to touch. The apartment wasn't equipped with many things needed to make your stay comfortable - no washing liquid to wash the dishes, no litter bags, etc,. etc, etc. When we asked the Interhome staff they recommended us to buy everything we need ourselves. That's what we had to do. The bedroom is a disaster! INSIDE the bedroom you have a water-heater for the bathroom, so you have constant noise at night. Very uncomfortable to sleep. The bedroom has no windows, it's like you enter a dungeon.
