This apartment exceeded every expectation we had for our family of 6. The communication was responsive, the area was safe, and cleanliness and attention to detail was impeccable. We especially appreciated the extra towels, toilet paper, and soap. We received great information about the local restaurants to try. We love that there were umbrellas by the door, books to learn about the region, and coffee pods to start our mornings. We spent time on the lovely terrace and even used the washing machine. A bonus was having such large rooms with wardrobes and cool AC. The bus pickup and grocery stores are within a short walk and we quickly felt comfortable getting around. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us and a special thank you to Ada and Romula for the responsive communication every step of the way. We highly recommend this home away from home!

What an incredible location! Our stay in Rome was absolutely unforgettable! The apartment was equipped with everything a traveller could wish for, making our experience even more enjoyable. And the best part? Everything we needed—from grocery stores and vibrant markets to cozy restaurants and delightful pastry shops—was just a short stroll away! Romula, the apartment manager and the friendly gate staff made us feel right at home. Number 44 Apartment was a perfect fit for our family of five, and we couldn't have asked for a better adventure!

A modern, well situated apartment in a quiet gated complex a short walk away from the Vatican and close to restaurants [Boris & Angelo's are two favs], and a large grocery store [Agora] for anything you need. Beautiful outdoor terraces and so many included amenities that were very much appreciated. Ava was great as the on-site rep and Romula was quick to respond to any questions or issues via WhatsApp. Highly Recommend!

Nicely appointed apartment with plenty of room for me, my wife and my adult son who traveled with us. Really appreciated the en suite bathroom connected to the master BR, and the outdoor patio. We throughly enjoyed our stay here! The listing was exactly as described in the listing. We had great communication before, during and after our stay. We were met upon arrival and shown the apartment. It is a wonderful little neighborhood with a cute gelato shop next door and a full supermarket around the corner. The king beds and 2 full bathrooms were perfect for 2 couples staying there. Thank you for making our visit to Rome even better in your home! Our experience was great. Communication by What's App with Romula was very good so we could plan our stay and things in area. Upon arrival we were met by Ada who was very friendly, gave us a quick tour and the keys. Apt was spotlessly clean with nice living room and two large bedrooms (larger than any we normally see in Europe), good closets, room for luggage, and the AC worked very well. Hall and en suite bathrooms were both great with good showers and very good water pressure. Kitchen had the utensils and cookware needed to eat breakfast and even dinner. The basics were taken care of which was great. Apt came with paper towels (really important - Americans LOVE paper towels), toilet paper, laundry soap, dish soap, etc. and even some nice goodies like light breakfast toast, jellies and coffee for stovetop espresso maker (only). The backyard patio was perfect for a meal out of the sun. As we just got off a 8 day cruise, it was great that the apartment had a small washer out on the patio, and a drying rack. The apt is next door to a good gelato shop, a few restaurants, and a short walk to a city bus stop. Any city bus heading east on via Gregorio can drop you at the Roma St Peter stazione, St Peters Square, or near Castel San Angelo. (From there I suggest walking or using a taxi as the buses were crowded and not timely.) Tonnarello in Trastevere was fabulous (well worth the wait in the line to get in!) Overall, we had a wonderful stay, highly recommend!

`I had the best time at this place. It was so clean and it was big enough for my entire family. The apartment had all the amenities we needed to make homemade meals and to make sure that we had clean laundry. There were many stores nearby as well as restaurants. We had no problem getting taxis to the places we needed to go and public transportation was easy and accessible. I will definitely stay here again. Communication was so easy and they answered any questioned we needed any time of the day. Thanks so much again!!

Our host was at my fingertips from the time I booked this apartment to the day we left. The apartment was clean and well equipped. The location was convenient once you learned how the bus system worked, and the bus stop was 5 minutes from us. That part of Rome has been trashed so badly, that I was surprised. I’d been before and didn’t remember it to be so. But Vatican City and the Colosseum area are fairly clean for the tremendous amount of tourists.

The condo was great, clean, and close to most attractions. The condo could use a few things, such as an electric coffee maker (there was only a press coffee machine, which none of us knew how to use, and no instructions). New shower heads would be good too. This is a very nice place to stay while in Rome, and we may very well rent it for our next visit. The customer service was outstanding and responsive. The apartment was clean, had everything we needed and easily accommodated the five of us. We never felt cramped for space. Romula was quick to respond to any questions I had, and she offered many great recommendations and help with arranging transportation to and from the airport.

We rented this location in June and was extremely impressed. The accommodations was perfect for our group of 6 4 adults and two children. The location was great. The place was very neat. Romula exceeded our expectations when it came communication. She also provided us with recommendations and also arranged transportation from the airport and to the port for our cruise. They also arranged for the property manger to meet us when we checked into to give us detail of the property and answered any questions we had. I would highly recommend this place.

Wonderful experience staying at this property. There was constant communication with the property manager (Romula) where we received instant responses to any questions or concerns. Romula arranged airport transfers which was great and very comfortable. On-site contact (Ada) was also very helpful and available if needed. Once we arrived at the apartment, it was exactly as described in the photos and description. It was very clean and a great place to stay with my husband and two kids. We enjoyed evenings out on the terrace after busy days walking around. Location was great.. access to public transit was easily accessible. Apartment is approx 20-25 minute walk to St. Peter’s square. Access to grocery stores, restaurants and pharmacies were very close by. Glad I found this place. I will definitely return my next time in Rome. Thanks again!

My family of four stayed at this apartment the last week of March during our spring break. This location and apartment was perfect for our needs. We mostly spent our days touring the city (and beyond) so most of our time was spent sleeping here :). BUT it was very clean, had everything we needed in the kitchen, a comfortable living room for discussing our days and plans for the next day. Loved having the washing machine on-site. Our hostess/contact was extremely helpful and if I contacted her, her response was very quick. She was helpful with suggestions of taxis, places to eat, where to get groceries, etc. She also helped us with arranging airport transfers which was appreciated. The communication was SPOT ON! I think the location seemed very good. I felt safe walking around the neighborhood, even at night. We took taxis to the sites and everything seemed about a 10-20 minute drive depending on where we were headed. Plenty of necessities nearby: groceries within blocks, cafes, bistros, restaurants, wine stores :). I have NOTHING negative to say about our experience. Great option!
