Breakfast was solid, facilities were good, staff was very very helpful (even organized a few guides for us and helped us book a hike on Mount Kenya).
Was slightly hard to get to (the road isn’t great), but that’s not the property’s fault

Good location, the guards wash your car. The food is great, the rooms are large, and so are the bathrooms Some staff members are very friendly, while others are not.
Some staff are not as friendly Lack of some basic amenities, like a carpet on the floors. The rooms are quite old, with stains on the wall and mould on the ceiling The road to the location is quite rough
