    Firstly, thank you to all the nice and helpful staffs of luxx, boutique hotel to the Mngr and to the owner @ caleo, you know who you are. lovely to meet you guys! For me, i need a break and it helped a lot to have a comfy room, very spacious with perfect balcony and also, really close to the beach front and everything like D'talipa, souvenir shops and restaurants.

    I book a 2 nights accommodation in this boutique place.. all I can say is, not recommended for senior citizens, very stiff stairs, the tiles are loose, the reception is just from 8:00 to 5:00 pm.. no one will help you carry your suitcase if you have an early check out, coz no staff assigned, no security guard, no gates.. the place is not safe.. and when I checked in, there construction work going on in the 4th floor, very noisy and annoying.. The facilities are a bit old, need to make over.. But the price is affordable for a simple place.. Needs improvements..

    You are 10 meters away from the beach. Next you have small mart open 24h and an automatic laundry. New hotel, small and good price for quality. Diana at the reception was extremely smiling, kind and helpful. I will book again for sure here next month

    There’s on going renovation. Cable’s not working during the last 2 days. Internet is so slow and the area does not have network service connection. The bathroom tiles are leaking of water and there’s pungent smell inside. The room service are not free - it’s okay but they do not have cleaning materials such as broom or vacuum that we can use to clean the room. They are not proactive in giving you extra supplies such as tissue and trash bags.
