Weather was too hot
Good location, easy-to-follow instructions, intereting building, high quality adaptation of a very old building 1700s, leaving good coffee
Lack of instruction on using the hot water and coffee machine (but we worked it out OK); pillows not very comfortable. We had not appreciated quite how small it was (I expect the information did say).

The location was in the old city's center.
The room facilities and the kitchenette were enough for my stay.
Well, the passage to the apartments door was a little be difficult and not so nice, although it's not owner's problem.

"Small" bedroom
Good location. Nice amenities- refrigerator, sink, glassware, etc.
The bathroom was cramped for anyone slightly larger. (I am about 190cm tall) The small shower easily flowed out and to the bedroom floor.
The radiator could not be on high enough to warm the room with the drapes closed.
I poured a coca-cola into a wine glass and found 3 pieces of the faucet handle floating in my glass ("cold").

Disappointing
Fantastic central location, right in the middle of the old town centre. The lady who met me to give me the keys was very pleasant.
Very grotty access to the property through a shared entrance up stairs and out along a backstreet dirty walkway. An old dirty mop and brush just outside the door of the flat, as well as the filthy access walkway give a poor impression of the property before entering. The property itself was clean inside but was very small (it’s advertised as a self contained flat, but I’ve stayed in bigger bedrooms than the whole flat). The couch was the singe bed that I used, but to make it a double was a pull out and pop up from underneath (no separate bedroom). The bathroom (very small shower room) was like a cupboard with glass windows to watch whoever was in there. Not ideal, I’ll visit Chambery again, but will give this property a miss.

Petit appartement idéalement placé, en cœur de Chambéry, propre et bien équipé.
On s'y sent plutôt bien, il est facile d'accès et tout est à proximité.
Les hôtes sont réactifs en cas de besoin.

Emplacement idéal en plein centre de Chambéry
Arrivée autonome
- Odeur d’égout à l’ouverture des portes de salles de bains (nous avions pris 2 de leurs logements et les 2 avaient cette odeur horrible) même porte fermée, une fois ouverte c’était une cata..
- Il faisait extrêmement froid dans les deux appartements sans savoir comment régler le thermostat que nous n’avons jamais trouvé, autant vous dire que nous avions tellement froid même sous la couette que avons passé une nuit crispé sans réussir à se réchauffer, aucun d’entre nous, nous étions tous crispé de froid et très fatigué qui plus est..
- Impossibilité de fermer les volets, la fenêtre s’ouvre très mal car elle est plus grande que l’emplacement pour l’ouvrir en l’entrouvrant obligé de se mettre dans le vide dehors, TRÈS DANGEREUX!!! Pour que le volet soit coincé en position ouverte sans pouvoir le fermer nous avions donc la lumière de la ville toute la nuit
- Salle de bain difficile d’utilisation si vous n’êtes pas en couple.. Y étant aller en famille nous ne pouvions pas nous doucher si quelqu’un était dans la chambre car tout est transparent, les fenêtres font office de mur
- Très mauvaise insonorisation, nous étendions tout se qu’il se passait autour de nous
- Parking payant aux alentours et très cher en plus
- L’appartement était moisi, les murs, les plafonds…
- Le propriétaire n’est pas réactifs du tout.. Nous avons attendu plusieurs heures voire jours selon les messages que nous avions envoyé sur Booking pour avoir une simple réponse.. ce qui peut être très handicapant
- Ils demandent une caution sur un site non vérifié et non fiable, sans laquelle ils ne nous menaçaient de ne pas nous laisser le logement alors que nous avions payé, faites très attention!!! Ils ont ensuite mis plus d’un mois avant de débloquer les fonds de la caution alors que nous n’avions rien cassé ou abîmé dans l’appartement. Ils ne voulaient absolument pas procéder autrement que sur ce lien douteux..

L emplacement et l intérieur du studio
Accès par un passage sombre, lugubre. En arrivant un pigeon mort, plumes et sang éparpillés devant la porte entrée. 1er effet : j'ai eu peur! Mail d info pour signaler cela, mais 4 jours après, toujours pas enlevé et pas de nettoyage.
Serviette qui sentait pas bon. Sinon joli studio et bien situé dans Chambéry.
Il y a un parking proche, mais assez cher.

Il bollitore ha mandato in corto l'impianto, che è stato ripristinato cinque ore dopo, con 0 gradi all'esterno. Il riscaldamento era elettrico. Uno dei bicchieri forniti era rotto. Lo sciacuone funzionava male. La vasca è molto poco accessibile. Il letto piccolissimo. Lo spazio è adatto per una sola persona. Io sconsiglio di scegliere questa struttura se si ha un'alternativa.

Le logement est vraiment très bien à tout point de vue mais l'accès par le long balcon étroit me semble peu sécurisé et ne m'inspirait pas confiance, je ressentais une certaine inquiétude lorsque je l'empruntais

Le lit annoncé pour 2 personnes, alors que c'est un lit de largeur 120cm, ne correspondant pas à un lit double.
Les rideaux de la fenêtre ne sont pas assez occultant et il est impossible de fermer les volets
Le rideau de douche ne couvre pas toute la surface vitrée
