Blisko plaży i centrum. Klimatyzacja.
Brakuje moskitier w oknach, przez co komary nie dają żyć. Hałas z ulicy od wczesnych godzin porannych oraz w nocy.

Apartament bardzo dobrze wyposażony. Dużym zaskoczeniem był Netflix, do tego super lokalizacja, dosłownie wszystko pod nosem. Właścicielka bardzo miła, która przygotowała dla nas prezenty.

Smjestaj se nalazi u samom centru grada te do svih bitnih lokacija ima do 10 minuta hoda ili par minuta voznje autom (trgovine, plaze, lokali i dr.). Gostoljubiva domacica nas je docekala sa kljucem smjestaja te nam dala par informacija o istomu te o gradu. Spavaca soba je velika te ima bracni krevet za dvoje te veliki ormar za stvari. Dnevni boravak sa kuhinjom je isto prostran te ima klimu i veliki TV. Terasa odnosno balkon je isto velik te na njemu ima suncobrana, lezaljki i stolica. WC je malo manji, ali ima sve potrebite stvari. Smjestaj je uredan i cist te svakako preporucam drugima da pogledaju ako planiraju boraviti u Rogoznici.
