Stayed at Dephane Apartment, Cameron Highlands for 1 night. The location is good and convenient, and the floor cleanliness was satisfactory. I also appreciate that a sajadah was provided for Muslim guests. The owner also text me one day earlier to inform that there is no towel provided.
However, there are several areas that need improvement:
* The sliding door could not be locked, which affected the sense of security for children.
* The fan in the master bedroom was too slow and cannot increase speed.
* The bedsheet looks old and dirty.
* The pillows and extra bed looked old and worn out.
* Plates and kitchen utensils were covered with cleaning cloth, which was not very hygienic.
* Towels were used as ironing board covers.
* No microwave was provided.
