Nice room. Location good.
Tv wasn't working properly. Bar restaurant area was very tired.

Do not be put off the tired, tatty state of the pub dowstairs before you even get to the check in desks. The rooms upstairs lookndecidedly better, fairy comfortable and the breakfast is very good. On top of the cold selction breakfast menu you can have a cooked to order breakfast from the hot breakfast menu. Helpfulness and kindness of the staff makes up for any shortcomings in the property such as there was no lift but the staff kindly took my heavy suitcase into my room.

Great location and great food - a few members of staff went completely out of there way to make you feel welcome
As rooms only cleaned once in a 4 night stay you relied on staff to try and help with certain aspects - we asked for toilet roll and no one would help - there is no toilet brush also in rooms - stubbed our toes constantly on the bed posts and the. Connecting doors and fire exits didn’t close properly-
