Die Lage war gut. Am Rande des Ortes. Absolut ruhig mit schöner Aussicht. Viel Platz. Gute für Reisen mit Hund, das Gelände ist komplett umzäunt. Wunderschöne Terrasse auf der man sich den ganzen Tag aufhalten kann. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und ginge des täglichen Bedarfs sind vorhanden. Und das beste ist die Eiswürfel Maschine. Der Pool Groß, schön und sauber. 2x die Woche kommt jemand zur Reinigung. Schöner schattiger Baum im Garten nur leider fast keine Sonnenschirme.
Trotzdem hat das Haus seine Beste Zeit hinter sich. Es bedarf mal einer gründlichen Sanierung. Während unseres Aufenthaltes sind 2 Geräte kaputt gegangen. Es kam aber schnell jemand der es provisorisch repariert hat. auch die Sport und Spielgeräte haben schon bessere Zeiten gesehen.

The villa is located in a very quiet area at the end of a small village, although the distance from the main road was short we didn't hear any traffic. Very close to many beautiful places: Rovinj, Pula, Vrsar, Limski Kanal, Poreć. Perfect place for walks and bike rides (several bicycles available for guests). Good size pool, very clean and cleaned weekly.

Perfect hospitality and property is as in pictures and well kept. Very friendly hosts who really try to make you feel at home. They have an eye for the detail so we were well equipped. Minor problem that we had, not their fault, was quickly resolved. This was a perfect holiday.
