Breakfast and dinner buffet's were good. Ample selection of food. Dining area overlooking bridges was very comfortable and clean. Onsen area was excellent and clean. Great view rom rotenburo.
Room was terrible. I unfortunately booked quite late and could only get a VERY tiny room, yet it was the same price as rooms twice the size. Very poor. No bed lamps. No phone. A complete rip off. The room should not be offered!
