算是個鬧中取靜的社區公寓，房間位於一樓，從市中心公車站走過來十分鐘內可抵達，距離最近的超市走路也只需七分鐘，附近還有大型購物中心，走到Arktikum也大概七分鐘，地理位置很好。 我們抵達時，房東有來迎接我們，很親切和善，給我們鑰匙＆教我們房子一些設施的使用方法後，就離開了。 廚房內有鍋具、餐具、刀具、微波爐等，有部分調味料，但沒有油，餐桌旁的窗戶可看到窗外景色。 房間內的擺設很有溫度，每個角落都美，還有一棵聖誕樹，連餐桌上的衛生紙都美到讓人捨不得用。床鋪舒適，若覺得房間不夠暖，衣櫥裡還有一台暖氣機可拿出來使用。

因位於一樓，有時會聽到樓上的談話聲、腳步聲，不過大概晚上十一點後，這些聲音就漸漸沒了。

It's right in the city centre, in close proximity to many tour agents. The host is excellent, just make sure you reach the property on the agreed time so that you don't have to wait in the cold or make the host wait in the cold. The host is pretty responsive and you could get almost instant replies on booking.com messaging service. It has a kitchen, with a collection of tea and coffee, all the cutlery and everything that you'd need including soap, shampoo, hair dryer, extra heater, a bidet etc. We rented winter gear but it's not absolutely necessary if you layer up properly. You'd only have to bring a tooth brush and paste. Towels are also supplied.

Nothing much, it's a nice place.
