Very close and convenient to all facilities.
It was quite noisy being a Saturday night. Music from venues close by stopped at 3 am.

Convenient and clean.
No staff. It’s all by code to get in, and as old folks we find the non-human interaction very stressful. We were standing outside sheltering from the Feb rains for at least 10 minutes trying to figure out how to open the front door. Which, it turns out, wasn’t locked. The room door codes are sleek and modern but took us a moment.

Everything really. Nicely done.
Lack of activity. Seems like no one else there. It was start of our pilgrimage and we needed to talk to someone about how it works, especially baggage. We worked it out ourselves with difficulty. Some simple information would have made it easier.

it’s very pleasantly and cheerfully designed. it is also located in a perfect spot.
there was no staff on site and they didn’t notify me of that u til an hour or so before arrival.
the bathrooms in the second floor were too small - and I’m a small person.
there was no where to dry laundy even though it was very warm and sunny out - my clothes didn’t dry on the drying racks. also the room was very very small and cramped for four people
