The young staff -reception + restaurant.
Try to keep them.
The price for the apparment is too high.
The new investment, at the entry of location will ruine a part of the nice atmosphere it was created.

Food was good, room was clean, the staff was friendly, the farm is wonderful
They are totally understaffed or at least they didn't expect that many customers when we visited. Staff was friendly but tired and it took a lot to receive our order in the restaurant.

The scenery was beautiful and the premises were ok. The papanasi were amazing.
The staff was rude in general, except for the cleaning lady and two of the waitresses. Two waittresses and the manager who did our check in ( on duty on September 3rd and 4th) were extremelly arrogant at times. Customer satisfaction is not their focus. Meals tastes like canteen food rather than restaurant food, except for papanasi, which are delicious. The apartment we rented was way overpriced, we paid a four star hotel fee for a mere three star "pensiune". There is very weak phone signal in the area and on top of that, wifi did not cover our room or the terraces outside. I would definitely skip this place next time.
