It was of good value for money. Location was almost in the center for us between the Lake and the Ravensburger Spieleland. Apartment was clean and had the basic amenities.
One minor inconvenience was that the apartment was not ready for use as per claimed check-in start time and it was a hassle to stay outside with kids in the hot weather. She did apologize for it but it's still better to keep in mind when planning your trip.

Nice, clean, well manteined.
Nice apartment and very good price.
We appreciated very much to find some milk in the fridge, coffee, sugar and other other things for an "emergency dinner, breakfast and other ".
The property is very near to the airport and train line, but there is not uncomfortable noise at all.
May be a bigger table for breakfast...
