The Prime Spot is a gem in Worcester. We only stayed one night but I wished it had been longer. Beautiful apartment and gardens. Very tranquil, sitting on the balcony listening to the water fountain. The staff were all very helpful and welcoming. Especially the guy that looks after the garden and pool, he was most helpful giving us directions to Cape Town. Conveniently there is a nice restaurant next door but one. All in all, a wonderful haven after a long journey.

This hotel is in a good location, and made a nice place to stay in Worcester.
Flushing the toilet is quite loud. The shower head did not work very well.

No back-up power, what a disaster. Room 3 and 4 is downstairs and the rooms are very noise.
