This NSB 2/2 periwinkle is situated less than 2 blocks from the beach on 18th Avenue and boasts an updated kitchen and a beautiful screened in pool! Unlike many of the original periwinkles, this sweet little beach home feels bright and open and has enough space to accommodate guests/family, while still being perfect for 2. Enjoy cooking at home in this large kitchen and dining room that easily seats 6-8 people and flows through sliders to the screened pool. The well-stocked kitchen also has window access to a counter in the pool area. Tile and terrazzo floors throughout keep this space clean and easy to maintain. The bright living room has a sofa, two comfy chairs, and a large tv. Both bedrooms have queen beds and storage. Master bedroom has a tv and en-suite bath with a shower. Master bedroom and bath also flow to the pool through slider doors. Out front there is a small porch and carport for your car. Washer/Dryer is in utility room off carport. Large backyard has natural vegetation so not for lounging, but is completely fenced in for privacy. Come live like a local as this house has everything you'd need or want for a perfect home away from home!

This rental is located 3 blocks easy walk to beach. The owner pack every thing you would need and more into her home. Wonderful neighborhood, friendly.

Our stay was in March of 2018. A nice clean home, with all the space you need ( we had 4 adults) . Bedrooms had more than enough closet and storage space. The kitchen was well stocked and the space was great to cook our meals. The screened in pool space was a plus and we sat outside alot, without any bug issues. (Just wish the pool was heated!) The home is on a great street with two restaurants in a 4 block walking distance . So close to the grocery store and other shopping. The beach access was great! We enjoyed our stay!

We had a delightful and comfortable stay at this charming home close to the beach. Fully equipped with everything we needed and within walking distance to the beach! Any concerns we had were addressed immediately. Would definitely consider staying here again.
