This top of recent villa of 90 m², plus 50 m² of terrace, breathtaking views of the Gulf of Ajaccio and surrounding mountains.
You will enjoy a MAGNIFICENT Sunrise and Sunset breathtaking. Absolute tranquility, villa surrounded by maquis (7000 m² of land). The beaches and the center of Porticcio (shops and restaurants, etc ...) within 5 minutes drive (1.5 km).
Access to the accommodation is through an independent entrance or you can park, without problem, up to 3 cars.

Nous venons de passer une super semaine de vacances à Porticcio.
Temps idéal, grand soleil mais pas trop chaud et une mer encore très agréable. Du monde mais pas trop...
La description de la villa correspond en tout point avec les informations fournies.
Rien ne manque, la villa est spacieuse, très bien équipée et très bien orientée. Nous avons passé la majorité de notre temps à la villa sur la terrasse, en profitant des vues selon l'heure de la journée, levé de soleil côté montagne, et surtout les couchers de soleil sur les îles Sanguinaires, différents chaque soir mais toujours magiques.
Excellent accueil de Mme et Mr Arixi, toujours à l'écoute et de bons conseils.
Porticcio est idéalement situé, avec tous les commerces à proximité, la plage et toutes les offres d'activités possibles.
Arrière-pays également magnifique et pitoresque.
Nous recommandons fortement cette location.

Les propriétaires sont tres accueillants et tres gentils. La communication est tres facile et fiable. Leur propriété est impeccable et ne manque de rien. L’étage supérieur de la villa juste pour vous, avec votre entrée et place pour la voiture.L’immense terrasse et la vue qu’elle procure sont exceptionnelles!
Bien situé pour visiter la région.
