Clean, access to just about everything within walking distance, comfortable accommodations, travel to and from the airport, ease of check in and check out, responsiveness, activities and excursions.
While there are a ton of places to eat, wait times were often more than an hour while multiple tables were open just people not being sat at them. Food was mediocre at best and wait times make it the worst part of the stay.

Pretty. Lots of dinner choices. Beds comfortable
Food could have been better. Too many small children which is fine. My bad. Loud at dinner. Caribbean area run down. Drinks not very good. Low quality mixed drinks. Inconsistent staff. For the steep price should have been better. Upscale price didn't match experience .

Location was great. Facility had activities for a age ranges
Facility was understaffed. And slow even by island time. Restaurants were average w dept for a few of the 12 and over age group. Restroom facilities were few and far apart. Expect more for the high price compared to other Sandals resorts I have been to.
