About this house rental
The pool and club house accessing pass is included with your reservation for all guests. Yes, no extra charge for access the amenities,. Just need fill out community form. The linens are not included with your rental, but it is available with extra charge through the third party. The most our guest just bring it with them.
This Duplex unit was used as builder's model showcase house before 2017 . You will love to Live in this beautifully decorated model house.
The property is located at one of the most desirable communities in the Bethany Beach area "Forest landing at Bethany beach" Just a short drive (4 miles) to the Bethany beach, Boardwalk.
Community Amenities & Features: The amenities at Forest Landing include a spacious 3500 square foot clubhouse with a fitness center and locker rooms, a 4,000 square foot outdoor pool, playground, recreation area, 2 lit tennis courts, and walking trails through the forested wetlands. Notes: Forest Landing's community outdoor pool is open from Memorial Day weekend to two weeks after Labor day weekend. Guests need follow community rules.
Best location in the community. Home was professionally decorated. The patio at back yard is face beautiful water pond. The community club house is visible from our backyard. So you just walk a few minuses to community pool.
The first-floor has owner’s suite . . The well-equipped country kitchen conveniently adjoins the great room and gives you plenty of room to cook. The luxurious first-floor owner’s suite with tray ceiling features a walk-in closet, soaking tub , separate shower and double bowl vanity. The first floor also features a breakfast room . The kitchen features granite counter tops, double stove and stainless appliances. There is a half bath that rounds out this area. The laundry room features a high efficiency full size washer dryer for your convenience. There is a two-car garage attached and a few extra community daytime shared parling spots right at the front house.
The second floor has three more bedrooms, one of which is a large bonus room and has king bed and two twin beds. There are addition two bedrooms at the second floor, one with king bed and another with queen bed. There is also a full bath on this floor and a loft equipped with queen sleep sofa, that is a great spot to hide away or sleep there .
We provide high speed FiOS internet .Every rooms has smart TV. You can stream your favorite media channel.

House has everything you need. Comfortable beds and very clean overall. This is our second time staying at this house. Owner so nice and is very accommodating. You text her she gets back to you right away. Will definitely rebook

Forest Landing is a great spot for an easy family vacation near Bethany Beach. It is a quiet neighborhood with a community pool that my kids love. The house was clean and had plenty of space for all of us. The beds were comfortable and all the appliances and amenities worked well. The host communicated well - including letting us know that we could check in a little early because the cleaners were done. A little detail that was appreciated!

This house was exactly what we needed. We needed time to get away and this offered it. Because of COVID the community pool was closed, but the beaches were closed enough and we were able to enjoy it. Bethany Beach is the closest to the house, but it is also smaller. We went to Rehoboth Beach (about 30 minutes) and it was much larger. Parking at the beaches was also a breeze. Boardwalk was also enjoyable. Before we arrived Nora informed us that the handle to the refrigerator was broken, but that was fixed within a day or two. I advised Nora there were some items left behind (by cleaning crew from previous guests) and she quickly offered to have them come out and clean again (there was no need). Nora was very responsive and on top of making sure that we were having the best possible time. Overall our girls loved it! So much they didn't want to leave. Would definitely be coming back! Hopefully next time the pool is open (It's across the way).
