Hotel Giesing

The room was comfortable, with a balcony to have a nice breakfast outside.

The hand soap in the toilet was scarce and refilled with water.

Very nice hotel on a good location. Spacious room with own balcony and spacious bathroom. Very friendly and helpfull personnel. Bus line to trainstation for S-Bahn is right in front of the hotel. We sure recoomend this place and will come back for sure when visiting again.

Online discription of check in procedure, parking and opening times of reception was a bit confusing but once we arrived everything went very smooth. Not really an issue but the house cat is scrolling around through the entire hotel. Nice to see and not a problem at all for us. But if you don't like cats or alergic to cats it might not be so good

The hotel was clean, everything was clear, well located even though it was a little far from the city center; you had the bus right in front of you.

The toilet was a little small, but that wasn't a big deal.

Was very affordable, shower had hot water and was very quiet inside the hotel. The bed was comfortable.

The lady at reception was rude. We turned up 10 minutes early however decided to wait out the front for the original check in time as we knew it was outside of check in time hours. However my partner and I were then greeted with a very short tempered staff member who was not friendly at all. We had a small room, but we were only staying for the one night so it was passable/had everything we needed. It’s unfortunate because this hotel has a lot of potential, but it doesn’t give off great first impressions when you have a staff member acting like that on arrival.
