Znakomite położenie (blisko centrum, po 17:30 cień, samochodów prawie nie słychać, widok na góry), wyjątkowy właściciel który jest zawsze pomocny, dobre wyposażenie. Warto by apartament odświeżyć, ale stosunek ceny do jakości jest naprawdę dobry. Polecam!!!
Coś co nie do końca jest zależne od właściciela - Nad parkingiem rośnie dobrze owocująca morwa biała... jej owoce na samochodzie i w jego pobliżu po tygodniu bywają uciążliwe z racji tego że są bardzo lepkie, ale jest to do ogarnięcia :)

Na miejscu czekał na nas miły Gospodarz obiektu. Wskazał nam miejsce na parkingu, pokazał apartament i wszystko w nim. Gospodarz był cały czas dostępny na miejscu. Mieszkanie było w spokojnej, cichej i przyjemniej okolicy. Spełniło wszystkie nasze oczekiwania. Czysta pościel, czysto, schludnie, kuchnia w pełni wyposażona, klimatyzacja, leżaki i suszarka na zewnątrz widoczne z okna - wszystko tak, jak powinno być.
