Dasa Beach View

Posizione impagabile, struttura pulita, direttamente sulla spiaggia vicina ad un ottimo bar ristorante (Azure restaurant) che consumando qualcosa ti dà l’opportunità di usare i lettini con ombrellone gratis tutto il giorno. Per noi, dovendoci riposare un paio di notti dopo un impegnativo tour dello Sri Lanka è stato un plus avere tutto a portata di qualche passo. Vicino alla strada principale market e piccoli negozi. La vista dell’oceano è un po’ offuscata dalle vasche per il recupero delle tartarughe ma è una cosa che a noi non ha dato fastidio più di tanto anche perché le potevamo guardare molto da vicino. La guest house è a 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria di Habaraduwa cosa che ci ha permesso programmare il ritorno a Colombo in treno. Ottimo!!

Per raggiungere l’entrata della guest House bisogna percorrere un vicolo un po’ sporco e maleodorante.

Pretty big room directly at the beach. It has also a turtle sanctiory there, and you can see the turtles and the staff explains what they are doing.

The entry is pretty hidden (one needs to go through a passage). We had some ants in our room - but not many.

Die Unterkunft war sauber und groß, die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Das schönste vom Aufenthalt war dass wir die Schildkröten direkt vor dem Zimmer hatten und sie jederzeit anschauen und halten konnten!

Friendly host is eager to help you with anything. They arranged transfers, whale watching and even a free dinner for us. Nice breakfast! Property is basically on the beach. Cool restaurants nearby.

A/C did not work properly, wet stains on the walls, rusty appliances. But above all - cockroaches! During 10d stay I killed, like 15+ of them. Also, small construction nearby and a pile of thrash right next to the beach entrance.
