Esta muy bien ubicado y el tamaño para una pareja con un niño pequeño es adecuado.
Estaba muy dejado, necesita un lavado de cara y más mantenimiento. Se reventó un manguito del baño y estuvimos sin agua desde las 8 de la mañana hasta casi las 8 de la tarde, que pudo pasar el técnico. El propietario no mostró mucha preocupación por este problema ni tuvo ningún detalle por las molestias ocasionadas, sacamos hasta 3 cubos de agua del baño por este incidente. Además necesitaría renovar la ropa de cama o directamente NO ofrecerla. Habia pelitos de perro por todos sitios, sofa, lavadora...
