It's a very beautiful clean colonial style property. Very spacious house (2 bedrooms with double bed and single bed, 1 bedroom with double bed and also a floor mattress, also plenty if room on ground floor living area if people want to sleep in floor). Owner was very helpful and gave us information on market location etc. Housekeeper very nice person also. It's a very quiet location away from hustle and bustle and it suited us perfect for short 2 day stay. The pool is perfect for kids or an adult lounging in pool to cool down. Nice big refrigerator.

When we arrived the people that had just checked out had left a smell of sea food which we had to leave doors open to clear (the housekeeper could have sprayed air freshener to freshen the rooms before we arrived). No toilet rolls at property we had to buy them. No shower gel or soap. Nothing within walking distance except the quiet isolated beach.

Had a pool, rooms adequate beds , no neighbours, in fact nobody else

kitchen was filthy food spattered on tiles , no towels supplied,toilets smelt , no soap or toiletries( paper) supplied, bedroom 2 bed squeaky, bedroom 3 curtains could not open , no bedside table lamps . Rental property located in deserted estate kms from any supermarket or shopping, surrounded by other incomplete ,deserted ,abandoned resorts estates, etc beach plenty of plastic & other debris’s , home maybe more suitable for Thai standards, but not all Thai our family is mix of foreigners & Thai who found property below standard as a rental
