Dcondo Kathu Patong Phuket by Jack

Appartamento molto carino in zona residenziale lontano dal traffico di Patong (anche se raggiungibile in 5/10 minuti con uno scooter), per spostarsi serve un mezzo perchè a piedi è difficile raggiungere le spiagge o i locali di Patong, Karon, Rawai, Kamala etc.. Ho soggiornato per circa tre mesi in questa struttura e la cosa che ho apprezzato molto è la gentilezza dell'host, Jack è davvero una persona squisita e molto gentile, nei tre mesi trascorsi ho avuto qualche problema con la luce e successivamente con la cancellazione del volo di rientro in Italia, a causa della guerra in medioriente, lui è stato sempre molto disponibile in tutto e sempre pronto ad aiutarmi. L'Appartamento è proprio come è descritto, all'interno del Residence DCondo si può usufruire di posteggio auto/scooter, è presente una palestra e anche una piscina con docce esterne, persino un distributore automatico 7Eleven per cose di prima necessità e un distributore di acqua potabile dove poter riempire le bottiglie; all'esterno del residence c'è tutto, dal parrucchiere ai supermercati e negozi. In questo soggiorno a Kathu, Jack sicuramente ha fatto la differenza!! Dico questo perchè frequento la Thailandia da circa 15 anni, ho soggiornato in diversi alberghi e appartamenti, questo appartamento lo consiglio. Grazie, Alessio

Wonderful, cozy place, all facilities nearby.

The landlord is very accommodating. The place is clean and very accessible to Patong beach and the Central Phuket. Highly recommend it.

The location was close to everything that was needed. Things look as described in the images. Corner unit with peaceful view, natural light, and fresh air. The gym was small but helpful.

This was a 40 night stay during mostly rainy (off) season, end of April to end of May. I paid way too much for the place. Lesson learned. Initial communication wasn't good from host. It gave bit of shock, but he apologized. Bathroom had black mold in the cracks. There was lizard droppings and dirt along wall behind drapes, which made no sense because there was a vacuum cleaner and broom. I had to give the place a good cleaning, and then it felt better in there. Varying shades of grey, black, and blue makes a room feel small and depressing. It is a small room. The ceiling feels low because it's painted grey. Smoking in common areas is not allowed, but it can be done in the rooms. People smoke marijuana and cigarettes inside their rooms, which is not good for health. This is not a smoke-free property. Luckily, it's a corner unit with ample windows for fresh air to clear out the smoke.
