The location of the property is ideal for the beach, restaurants and shopping all within 5 to 10 min walk. The property is peaceful apart from the neighbouring properties with dogs which wasn’t really an issue. Wonderful team always happy to help if you have a question or just a chat.

What not to like about this wonderful little gem. For me nothing as it was what I expected.

Es war für mich etwas ganz Besonderes, im Frangipani auf so viele liebenswerte Menschen zu treffen, die sich den ganzen Tag unauffällig und trotzdem herzlich um das Wohl der Gäste kümmern. Ich durfte 5 Wochen lang hier zuhause sein, alles war nahezu perfekt. Hierher kommst du als Gast und gehst als Freund. Wenn einmal etwas nicht funktioniert, ist es völlig ausreichend, Caro, der Perle des Hauses, Bescheid zu geben. Sie und die Managerin Anne haben hier alles wunderbar im Griff. Jeden Tag wird der Bungalow aufgeräumt, gereinigt, sogar das Geschirr abgewaschen, der Swimmingpool gepflegt, besser geht's nicht. Auch die Bettwäsche wird sehr häufig gewechselt. Diani Beach erachte ich als absolut sicher, als Tourist braucht man sich keine Sorgen zu machen. Trotzdem gibt der immer gut gelaunte Nachtwächter Guni durch seine Anwesenheit noch ein zusätzliches gutes Gefühl. Mein Tipp an alle zukünftigen Gäste: seid großzügig mit dem Trinkgeld, die Leute hier freuen sich über jede Aufmerksamkeit, Schokolade haben sie auch sehr gern! ;-)

Gegen das Hundegebell aus der angrenzenden Nachbarschaft ist man leider machtlos, da kann Frangipani nichts dafür.

When I booked it, It was not clear what sort of kitchen would it be, and it happened to be very very small ,although well equiped. We had problems with the fridge, and the lock at the front door which were mended after we reported. Another thing that was not clear was that in the facilities description it mentioned that AC would be of extra charge,but really all electricity was not included, as they make us pay by the meter at the end of our stay,. So that shoud be corrected, because for long stays one is wondering how much will the bill be,in ou case was around 30 euros,because we didnot use the AC. Another problem we had was maybe due to the season because as there was a lot of rain...beeing in the midel of a garden we were bitten by mosquitos,or other insects.
