Run down place in a superb location.

Location, location and location. The person responsible for the maintenance was super friendly and responsive.

The place is not very well maintained and everything is the cheapest you can buy. Renovation and new furniture is highly recommended. A new proper couch is a necessity. There are many small things in a bad way that are really disturbing.

Good potential, bad managment

Good location, great apartment

Found a dead mouse in the bedroom. It is not mentionned anywhere on booking that you have to clean the apartment otherwise you will be charged extra money. Arrived at 8pm, someone was already in our apartment. We called the emergency number, the cleaner respond but didnt know what to do. We had to wait 50 mins outside the apartment for a solution. Maybe good idea to change the code for key box and dont have the same code for all 4 apartment.

Very good location, you can directly ski in and out. When something was missing from the kitchen, the staff reacted quickly and brought it to us.

The smaller bedroom was really small and beds a bit shorter than normally. Works well for kids but could be challenging for very tall people. The bed in the master bedroom was really soft.

Pleasant

It was really easy to get the keys, in a keylock. The house was near to the skiing place, beautiful views, and calm. There was sauna. The kitchen is upstairs, but no problem.

There are no sheets neither towels, you have to pay for them, but it is said before you go and they give you them for 15E person. So the place rent is not that cheap if you need them. The sofa-bed is very small and uncomfortable, and the big bed, was ok, but too soft. And the house in general is like not too good or clever designed.

Lovely cabin. Excellent location.

Comfortable and beautiful cabin. Breath-taking views from the windows. Excellent location. Just steps from the ski lift. A 400 m from the supermarket and central Rovaneimi. And steps away from the entrance of the hiking trail. Enough space for 5 pax.

The steps. The bathroom is on the 1st floor, kitchen, living and main bedroom on the 2nd floor.

Note! the bed linen is not included in the price. We had paid extra, but even then upon arrival, the linen wasn't there, so we had to make late calls and ask the hosts to bring it.

Horrible customer experience

Very nice location

After our arrival we have called the owner. There was a clear instruction to take one of the apartment. Everything was all right, we went for some shopping and then ... the owner called us that we have chosen wrong apartment :-/ OK. That's not so big problem but when we come back ALL our staff was outside in one mixed in one stack. Please allow me not to comment this any more....

It was hot inside and windows were closed and cloud not be opened. Children gates for the stairs were broken. Missing lights in the kichen. Some handles broken. Sofa bed broken.

loma etappi

Olimme vuokranneet asunnon yhdeksi vuorokaudeksi, menimme ohjeiden mukaan asunnolle avainkoodilla,sovittuna kellonaikana klo 18 asunnossa olikin muita majoittujia, sitten joutui soittamaan usean puhelun, vuokraajalla tuntui olevan itsellään epäselvyyksiä tehtyjen varausten suhteen, meidät siirrettiin mukamas vapaaseen naapuriasuntoon, saatiin tavarat sisälle ja osan laukuista purettua, niin asuntoon olikin tulossa muita majoittujia jotka olivat sen huoneiston varanneet..aiemmin, soitin vuokraajalle, hän ei vastannut enää puhelimeen toisen epäselvän asunnon jälkeen laittoi vain tekstiviestilllä jonkin mökin meille mikä sijaitsi keskellä metsää,osoitteen että menkää sinne, paikka oli viiden kilometrin päässä vuokraamastamme huoneistosta mikä oli tunturin vieressä, mistään hyvityksistä ei vuoranantaja lähtenyt keskustelemaan, meillä meni kuitenkin kaiken selvittelyn ja tavaroiden edestakaisin siirtelyssä hukkaan aikaa ja ruokaravintolakin ehti keittiönsä sulkea, ennenkuin ehätimme sieltä 5 km päästä ruokaa mennä etsimään. Vaikea keskustella jos vuokraaja ei vastaa puhelimeen ensimmäisen selvittely puhelun jälkeen., kommunikaatio erittäin ala-arvoista en suosittele tätä vuokranantajaa, kuin korkeintaan kuluttaja-asiamiehelle.

Erinomainen sijainti

Sijainti on erinomainen, kauppa ja luontopolut kävelymatkan päässä. Lapsiperheelle huoneistosta löytyi kaikki tarvittava.

Huoneisto oli helteellä todella kuuma eikä sitä saanut viilennettyä. Varsinkin yläkerrassa oli liian kuuma oleskella.

Siisti huoneisto oikein näppärällä sijainnilla perherinteiden ala-aseman vieressä. Rauhallinen paikka, eivätkä naapuritkaan pitäneet melua.
