Location was convenient to all local shops, beach and pubs
Very dated, towels were in poor condition, bedding not changed during 12 night stay, nowhere to leave rubbish. Kitchen utensils limited and some in poor condition

Met by host
Apartment could do with few essentials- better or larger towels or just not supply as quality was not the best.
Cooking items not ideal for large family as limited items needs larger pans and basics such as grater etc
Carpet cleaner be good to hoover as few days in cs. Get messy.
Cleaning could improve such as under dogs etc as very dusty plus needs plus for sinks

Location
It smelled. Bed was uncomfortable. Bedding was cheap. Everything seemed to be finished cheaply , curtains etc. Tv was not working properly.

It was warm and location was fab.
Guests should not be asked to strip the bedding. For the price I don’t think you it’s right.

No breakfast included but location excellent and quiet
Needed some tlc in the flat. No mirrors in bedrooms. Loose board going out of the door to the back of the flat. Unfinished Maisonary in the round pillar in the lounge. Very dangerous slippy wet room as water didn't run away properly. Dining chairs need cushions very hard and uncomfortable

Location ok. Next to the beach but with a steep overgrown path down.
No-one around to collect keys. No reception area and no visible entry signs. Had to make several phone calls and messages before someone arrived. Apartment condition and location within the premises unacceptable (decor, cleanliness and security concerns) so did not stay. Misleading advertising and pictures, very run down property that appears to be primarily used for housing families/individuals. The property had a for sale by auction sign outside, so maybe in the future it will be brought up to a good standard.

Warm and spacious.
constant hot water
Spacious carpark
elegant entrance hallway
Bedroom 2.very.musty,damp (possibly urine?. according to my husband)smelling duvet cover, holed and stained duvet ,stained, un- ironed low quality bedding ...ill fitting curtains..
We couldn't use this room
The provision of deodorisers in the hall and bathroom suggests the owners were aware of the problem
Bedroom I...stained mattress cover, low quality bedding and uncomfortable old?mattress....smell not so prevalent so this room was usable......I hadn't seen the mattress cover yet
Lounge... curtains not functioning for any privacy.tie backs need attention
Bathroom just functioning but not a good standard
Kitchen... again functioning but very minimal for four people self catering....no fitting lids for the two saucepans.
Hallway.... missing smoke detector from the ceiling fitting .......there was a heat??detector in the kitchen

Location. The host was friendly but it doesn't balance the state of yhe place.
This apartment unlivable and a health hazard. The downstairs rooms are in the basement and to say it's damp doesn't do it justice. The floor is spongy and covered in a residue it's so bad. The lights are flickering presumably from moisture damage. We couldn't stay down there as we were choking from the dampness. The hot water did not come on after the first night, despite calling out maintenance who could not fix it. The carpets were filthy. The toilet was seemingly leaking on the last night leaving a fowl smell. The entire complex is completely run down. The main front door lock is broke, meaning anyone can walk into the building. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

The location was great and the condition of the apartment was good A lovely apartment for able bodied visitors or families.
The apartment was NOT accessible with steps to the front and a step& ridge at rear with no path to the door and had NO walk in shower as advertised. Car park was not on site but across a busy road between 2 bends making it unsafe to cross using walking aids. Accessing the apartment was difficult and left me in pain meaning that we had to stay indoors missing a day of our planned holiday activities and had to leave early on departure day and drive straight home instead of enjoying our last day as planned.

Location was good, free onsite parking, close to the beach. Plenty of lighting and plug sockets.
Curtains, not enough coverage for privacy in the lounge and let the light in the bedrooms. Good to have a bath mat and somewhere to hang hand towel nearer the sink.
6.0 / 10.0
Good size. Kitchen facilities. Comfy sofas. Location. Dog friendly. Quiet.
Mattress on second double bed at back of property extremely uncomfortable. Shower in wet room at front totally soaked the floor and leaked into hall. Top of pillar in lounge area was crumbling. “Deluxe apartment” is misleading. Whilst it was clean and generally comfortable, it cannot be classed as deluxe. At back of property the bin area was filled with full bins, multiple mattresses and some furniture.

Yes everything was nice apart from the bed which was very small not a double and the mattress was the most uncomfortable old old , the springs were digging into me and I was squashed against wall as my 6foot 2 partner took up the small bed which wasn’t his fault , the bed was tiny
The bed old small for two

Location.
No floor mat for bathroom. Ants in kitchen and tiny bed for couple. The.common parts did not smell clean, nor did the apartment space. The kitchen seemed unfinished with black glue stuck to light switches and paint splashes all over. Disappointing and not the standard required for £80 per night..
8.0 / 10.0
Nice location and view. Tidy apartment. Kitchen had what was needed. Hosts offered a late check out as there was no next customer which was very thoughtful.
Ground floor windows next to children's playing area. They were polite and friendly children.

Flat was very clean good location on bus route but would advise taking a car
The building was once a house or hotel, the smell in the foyer was unusual to say the least: some of the apartments are residential, the children use the entrance area to meet and play badminton
The patio door to the flat has been repaired from a previous break in
There is no out door signage for the building so you need to look at photographs in order to find it

It was conveniently situated near a Tesco Express and easy to walk into the village. It was clean inside the apartment and was reasonably well equipped with a modern cooker, fridge freezer and dishwasher. It was good value for money.
The outside of the building was a bit scruffy and the pigeon poo on the entrance steps was not very pleasant. We had to wait for someone to arrive to let us into our apartment even though we had said what time we would be arriving. There were a few simple things that could make the apartment better; e.g. a mirror in the bathroom, a towel rail, some place mats and coasters, a salad bowl and mixing bowls. The curtains were very thin in both rooms and it would be better to have black out linings to keep the light out. The pillows were pretty dirty and the duvet was old and falling to pieces. They all need replacing.

Very big apartment clean and comfy

Large apartment 3 bedrooms great location
Beds very uncomfortable mattresses need replacing and pillows need pillow protectors too.
Cobwebs in rooms too.
Saucepans didn’t work with the induction hob.
Only one bin liner
Upper floors of building are let to families new to the UK long term and should be informed of this as lots of children playing football in foyer.

There was a problem with the heating /hot water, the rep came out very promptly to get it sorted.
We were unable to lock the side door, there wasn't a plug in the sink, the only glasses were wine glasses no beer or tumblers. Small points but you did ask.

The location. It's beautiful and hugely convenient for exploring the area. Lovely little Tesco opposite for essentials, great pub, chip shop and Chinese/Thai within easy walking distance.
Please read the other reviews, they say everything I was going to put. The location and spaciousness of the Ground Floor Apartment were spot on, but with a little care the place would be spectacular. It's extremely basic and given the length of time it's clearly been that way, it shows a "couldn't care less" attitude toward the guests. Personally I was very happy as I am very positive so easily satisfied and happy to be self sufficient, but my travelling companion has higher standards and was frankly appalled. It's ticked a box for me as I've been visiting Mundesley for years and saw the place as a boarded up hotel for a long time, so I'm happy it's being used and I've finally stayed there.

Spacious dog friendly ground floor apartment with access to garden. Close to sea & local shop, amenities and village.Good quality white goods & cooker.Plenty of crockery & utensils.
Comfortable beds & sofas. Good size dining table.
The Italian manager/caretaker - lovely man, extremely helpful & professional.A credit to the establishment. We had an issue with the boiler which he rectified immediately & asked us if everything else was OK & brought us extra towels for our extra night. He was very concerned that the owner had upset me & asked Paul...is Tracy OK.
There was a kind lady in customer services.
The owner of apartment no 4! Extremely rude to us on the phone ref an extra night we had agreed with the manager/caretaker.She said it was not agreed & we had to get out immediately even though we'd payed. I ended up in tears & it marred a lovely holiday & our engagement 💍
There was a few safety issues there...crumbling pillar, some exposed wires. There was also some dirty marks on walls & holes.

Spacious apartment.
Good wi-fi
Comfortable beds
The bathroom - shoddy workmanship, Owner can do with a basic fix,1) Add Riser shower rail. Shower head in static position and water spraying right over ones head. New show riser rail cost £12.99 at B&Q stores.
2) Need glass shower panes instead of dirty discoloured plastic shower curtain, again cost of this is on £105.00 at B&Q stores.
3) Dirty moulded grouting, on bathroom tiles.
4) No bath or basing plugs,
5) No Toilet roll holder.
6) Only supplied 2 old towels for a whole week. If I had warning I would have brought my own.
7) Kitchen - clearly second hand from different makers.
8) No sink plug or drying cloths.
9) Bathroom extractor fan above the door, not suitable for people under 6ft.
10) Noisy - one can hear every footsteps from the fllor above

1) I had to wait a long time outside the property in the cold/rain to get the keys. The host didn't answer the phone.
2) *** I booked an apartment with a balcony, but the balcony was in fact a place for pigeons to poop and generally make lots of noise day/night. So the balcony was inaccessible because of the pigeon poop which covered most of the balcony. It's also a health hazard and so I was very very very disappointed about that. I think this issue must be rectified as soon as possible. I also think I should receive a discount because of this horrible problem. ***
3) the road outside the property is busy and noisy. It disturbed my sleep.
4) a (clothes) washing machine would be more useful than a dishwasher, but not a big problem.

I thought it was a fantastic location and very good value for money in terms of space and bedrooms.
The place was comfortable and easy for 5 people to find space and be quiet for others sleeping within the apartment.
The children upstairs were very noisy and running around on the floor for hours.
The shower should have had a longer curtain and a squeegy mop to push the water back and some bath mats for the stay
A few hooks in the hallway for coats would be nice

Location was superb. Very quiet. Easy access to the best part of Mundesley beach. Local shop nearby. Ground floor apartment in a lovely old Victorian hotel. Ample parking. Plumbing worked well. Appliances all worked well. Security was adequate.
Bed was small and not very comfortable. More hooks are needed to hang clothes etc. No handrail for towels etc. Some fittings eg toilet roll holder, shower curtain and showerhead retaining hook were loose. Kitchen drawers very stiff.

Location was good, very quiet duespite being on a road and the property was spacious.
Kitchen had some significant gaps in equipment, no bowls, jugs or wooden spoons. Would have been nice if there was some tea, coffee sugar, cooking oil etc. Hard to turn down the underfloor heating. Bed was not super comfy but we slept reasonably well. Host turned up but the phone number on the booking reference wasn't answered.

The location was amazing. direct access from the back to the beach
The building could be beautiful (bit spooky but romantic) with a bit of TLC could be a grand hotel/ apartment building
caretaker was quick to fix any problems
radiator was leaking, windows/ balcony doors did not seal so it rained in, oven did not work, washing machine did not work, no washing up equipment was supplied and everything just felt a bit old and unloved. with a bit of care and tlc it could be an amazing place
6.0 / 10.0
Spacious although bedrooms were quite small but good for two small families or group of friends.
Very limited kitchen equipment e.g. no jug, Pyrex , smaller oven dishes, serving dishes, or just about anything.
Lots of things didn't work or were poorly installed e.g shower curtain, all of downstairs bathroom apart from toilet.
Very noisy from apartment above.
