Really spacious, and great location with lots of parking. The building is very nice, lots of peri9d features, close to the sea and well equipped.
Lots of maintenance issues at the property, bath taps dont really work, hot water heating set very low 44 degrees, TV had large crack on it, downstairs bathroom lights were flickering like a dance show.

Apartment could do with few essentials- better or larger towels or just not supply as quality was not the best.
Cooking items not ideal for large family as limited items needs larger pans and basics such as grater etc
Carpet cleaner be good to hoover as few days in cs. Get messy.
Cleaning could improve such as under dogs etc as very dusty plus needs plus for sinks

eg Not the apartment that was shown in photos, small bed (just 4’ wide rather than double as stated), not a quiet street (busy main road).
Broken items
eg tv didn’t work, one window (of only three) didn’t open so stuffy & hot.
