Nice property mostly everything you need,
walking distance to shops and train and bus and the boat trips just across the road,
very peaceful location, lots of places to Eat within walking distance
Needs a little bit of updating, ground floor Toilet does not fill up with water very quickly, it take a long time to flush away,
Bathroom needs updating, need to get a better cleaner as nice property but cleaning in a few places is letting the property down

Location Ideal for visiting friends and family..Short walk to Wroxham centre .and the river . The cottage was spacious and clean with a lounge view over the adjacent Marina . The rest of The Norfolk Broads and North Norfolk Coast are a short drive away .

Loved how close it was to everything! Perfect position for what we needed.
No late check out due to cleaning for covid but the place wasn’t covid clean at all.
