Location was fab and views from the property were delightful, beds were extremely comfortable. Overall property size and layout were great. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and visit to IOM, shops within walking distance. Lots to do with children, Castle Rushen worth a visit. Overall I would recommend this property and we would like to return at some point.
If I had a complaint carpets could do with better hoover and cobwebs removed, master bedroom was the worst for both and lounge mat had lots of pet hairs. Also on arrival property had very strong smell of curry spices.

Fantastic property, very well decorated and maintained.
Close to town centre and easy access to train and buses.
Waited for nearly 2 hours to gain access to the property after arrival.
Not the end of the world, considering the weather was OK.
But any other time of year would have been a problem, especially with small children.
The owner should have emailed the code via email.

Beds, bathroom. Kitchen..
Parking awful and apparently gets worse on school days. Had an 85 Yr old, not good mobility, so need car outside. .Tv was outdated , not even freeview channels available.
Not pet friendly. Had to take dogs to the park at 5am for a wee.
The blind, in bathroom, was pulled up, precariously, needed shower, let blind down and the string and stoppers disintegrated..
