It was where we wanted to be and should have been fine for our needs but there were two issues that to date have not been addressed by the owner or the cottage managers We had no heating or hot water for nearly 24 hrs of a 72 hour stay There was filthy water escaping up the drain in the en-suite shower when we used the sink in the ‘cold water’ en-suite I have a video of the problem but cannot upload it here - happy to send if you need evidence

The total lack of response from anyone about the above - I will be posting a poor review on trip advisor if this is not acknowledged soon
