The hospitality, and the nature around.
Mr. Tony is a perfect host. He is from the area and has a passion in hospitality. He has planned all our trips with his experience in the area, so it was smooth. As he know where will be crowd, which route to follow, etc... So even in peak crowded day, we didnt miss anything.
I SAW THIS MAN IS SPENDING HOURS WITH EACH OF HIS GUEST TO PLAN THEIR TRIPS TILL MIDNIGHT.
The rooms are clean and neat, the naturwe around is so beautiful.

Friendly staff and a helpful owner who has excellent knowledge of all the areas and guides you well.
The food tasted good; however, they offer only breakfast. I missed having more homemade food options.
Food from Hotel Bilton(partner restaurant) was average.

Location, facilities, management.

Location and staff was good.
Rooms had many ants and insects. There was no common area to sit and chill. No restaurant as well in the property.
Overall it was passable for a night or two but would suggest to first look for other better options.
