Welcome to **Conch Out Cottage**, a beautifully renovated five-bedroom, four-bath beach home located in one of the **best areas of Fripp Island**. This fourth-row home is **less than a one-minute walk to the beach**, making it easy to enjoy sun, sand, and surf without hauling gear across the island.
Your stay includes a **golf cart**, **high-speed Wi-Fi**, and a **private pool**. Pool heat is available in **March, April, May, September, October, and November** for an additional **$200 per week**.

We stay here every year and are always happy with our stay and sad to leave. The location private pool golf cart make it so we park our car for the week and just relax and connect as a family.

This place was perfect for our multigenerational group of 13–the pool and golf cart were wonderful for kids and Grama, too. The rest of us loved riding bikes on the beach at low tide and spotting alligators. The kitchen had everything we needed for baking and grilling, and the second fridge was important. Do bring your own staples (sugar, olive oil, tp, paper towels, etc) if you aren’t flying. Hosts were helpful and responsive!

We’ve been coming to Fripp for over 10 years and have stayed in several different homes. This house has lots of bedrooms, a great private pool and excellent proximity to the beach! It met our family’s needs well, and we were very grateful for a great host who communicated quickly and accommodated our special requests.
