The location and the room layout.
Looks as if this is more like accommodation where contract workers are housed. Had to deal with guests that were snorting while sitting in the breakfast area and were eating with their hands and spoons. Seems that they do not know how to use a fork and knife. I did not even return to the breakfast area after my first visit.
